Mr. Kim Tschantz, MSP, CEP, is credentialed as a Certified Environmental Professional with a Master
of Science degree in Urban and Region Planning. He has over 25 years of experience
in project management, land use planning, environmental impact assessment and
permitting. For over a decade Kim managed the Environmental Review program for
the County of Santa Cruz. He is a long-time member of the Association of Environmental Professional and served several terms as President and Vice-President of AEP's the Monterey Bay Chapter.
